Saturday evening’s Pigs & Pinot Gala features a multi-course dinner at The Rooftop at Harmon Guest House. As a collaborative offering, each course features a signature creation from Chefs Wyatt Keith, Ryan Fancher, and guest chefs. Each course will be paired with two limited-production Pinot Noirs from highly acclaimed wineries including Joseph Phelps Wines, DK Grail, and Wayfarer Vineyards. Dinner will be emceed by sommelier-extraordinare Spreti Valente.
